“Information Security and Communications Privacy”

　　“Information Security and Communications Privacy”(ISCP) started publication in 1979.With the Ministry of Information Industry (MII)being its competent authorities, and sponsored by No.30 Institute of CETC, co-sponsored by China Centre for Test, Evaluation & Certification of Information Security, State Secrets Tech Institute, and Specialized Committee of Information Security under China Computer Society, and granted by the State Press and Publications Administration, ISCP is China’s first large comprehensive and guidance monthly magazine, infosec- and communications privacy-oriented, and publicly distributed both at home and abroad.

　　This magazine has always insisted on the aims as being the “mouthpiece” of the Government, “spokesman” of the industry, “manager” of the business, and “leader” of the academia, and has devoted itself to the information exchange of between technology and industry, sale and market, the manufacturer and the consumer. With recent years’ development of China’s infosec and communications privacy industry, and due to its authoritative and fair-minded report and all-sided exact message, this magazine has become the leading medium of the industry, and the first-choice medium for the consumer and the reader acquiring information, and thus has successively won such special honours as “Outstanding Magazine of Electronic Technology of MII”, “2005 Most Influential Medium in China’s Information Industry” and “2007 First-Choice Plane Medium by Consumers of China’s Information Industry”.

　　ISCP magazine, since its founding, has one after another published articles by Vice-Chairman Xu Jialu and Vice-Chairman Jiang Zhenghua of the Standing Committee of the NPC, and by the leaders of MII, MPS(Ministry of Public Security), MST(Ministry of Science and Technology), SSB(State Secrets Bureau), Bank of China, and other Ministries, Commissions and Bureaus, and published signed articles by Academicians He Dequan, Li Guojie, Chen Taiyi, Shen Changxiang, Cai Jiren, Ni Guangnan, Gao Qingshi, and others.

　　Since 2001, ISCP magazine has sponsored 7 summit symposiums on “Development Trend and Strategy of China’s Infosec” so far (one symposium each year), and thus created a high-grade, high-standard and high-quality brand.
